Summary: build-cegcc.sh doesnt build libstdc++.dll

Initial Comment:
Lines 21 and 22 of build-cegcc.sh script have:

COMPONENTS=( binutils bootstrap_gcc w32api newlib dummy_cegccdll gcc cegccdll cegccthrddll libstdcppdll profile docs )
COMPONENTS_NUM=${#COMPONENTS}

This returns COMPONENTS_NUM as 8, the number of letters in "binutils". Line 22 should be:

COMPONENTS_NUM=${#COMPONENTS[*]}

The same thing occurs in build-mingw32ce.sh but there the number of components is, fortuitously, 8.

Thanks for your work on this project.

Message:
Thank you for the report.  I just committed the fix to build-cegcc.sh
and build-mingw32ce.sh too.

The modern datacenter depends on network connectivity to access resources
and provide services. The best practices for maximizing a physical server's
connectivity to a physical network are well understood - see how these
rules translate into the virtual world?
